1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong item
• The product has a major defect

2. Return Conditions

• Return request must be made within 3–7 days of receiving the order
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Proof (photo/video) may be required before approval

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or washed items
• Items damaged due to customer handling
• Sale or discounted products (if applicable)

4. Refund Process

• Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed
• Refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit (depending on situation)
• Processing time may take a few working days

5. Exchange Policy

If eligible, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund based on product availability.

6. Shipping Costs
